07 November 2019. The Field Operations Team of PeaceBuilders Community, led by Sihaya Ansibod, accompanied the team from the Philippine Relief And Development Services, Inc. (PhilRaDS) and delivered 1,000+ SphereStandard Relief Packs to the earthquake-affected families in Ilomavis who mostly belong to the Obo Manobo Indigenous People from Sayaban area. This is in response to the call of Datu Federico Sia of the Obo Manobo Tribal Council and Divina Sillador of the Mahomanoy Mountain Resort.

The consortium is called Project CHIC (Capacity-building for Humanitarian Initiatives in Capiz) and is consisted of PeaceBuilders Community, Inc. (PBCI), Philippine Relief and Development Services (PHILRADS), and International Care Ministries (ICM).
