MARAWI: LIBERATION THAT TURNED OUT TO BE AN OCCUPATION

Occupation in the sense that people are continuously demanding for safe and dignified return. Occupation in the sense that rehabilitation’s framework is not IDP-centered. Occupation in the sense that rehab start is continuously being postponed.
