Twenty eight (28) farmers from Barangay (Village) Asibanglan and Balbalan were gathered in Tabuk City for the Fair Trade Farming seminar. On January 25, 2011, PBCI team travelled to Brgy. Binuangan, Dupax del Norte, Nueva Vizcaya.
